Doesn’t she look divine in this? I’ve never really been a huge fan of Kristen especially after her unforgettable Met Gala disaster *Shrugs* But the good thing about Kristen is that when she gets it right. SHE GETS IT RIGHT!.
She wore this to the amfAR gala, the dress has this ethereal beauty and she he looks amazing.
Tilda Swinton in Haider Ackerman
Tilda Swinton and Haider Ackerman have had joined forces to make some of the most memorable red carpet looks. This is definitely another one. I love Tilda’s style. She always looks amazing, and so confident. Like she knows she’s the S***

Diane Kruger in Balmain
Diane Kruger is going to be on this list about a couple of times (maybe i should call this post “Diane’s Fashion Takeover in Cannes”
She looks so badass (Well she IS wearing Balmain; It kinda does that to you) I love EVERYTHING she has on.

Natasha Poly in Gucci.
There really is no concrete reason why anyone should look this good. But i had to come up with something, and then it hit me. SHES A FREAKING SUPERMODEL.

Naomi Watts in Marchesa
Naomi is beautiful, This dress is beautiful. Need i say more?

Jane Fonda in Stella McCartney
Its so hard to believe that Jane Fonda is 74. Who looks this good at that age? I guess Jane Fonda.

Diane Kruger (Again) in Versus

Fan Bingbing in Valentino.
I love Fan Bingbing. Ive never seen in any movies, but she always always looks like a star on the red carpet. Thats all that really matters right?
“ Pop’Africana presents Africa’s relationship to fashion through a lens that is new and voices a new paradigm of what it means to be African today.”
Oroma Elewa.
Pop’ Africana is a critically acclaimed magazine that brings the vibrant and often misconstrued African culture to an international audience. This magazine truly resonates with me. Being an African who is trying to make her way into the fashion industry, I had never really come across a publication that holistically represented the African culture in terms of fashion, till i saw Pop’Africana . It bridged the gap and gave the world a look at what us as Africans are truly about. This is more than just a magazine its an innovation.
That is why Pop’Africana needs to be back on the shelves. Please watch this video and help Pop’Africana get off the ground

African Designers are making a huge splash in the fashion industry, and i mean the international Fashion Industry, they aren’t just African Designers who design for Africans, they are being recognized all over the world and this makes me so happy!
Nigerian born designer Amaka Osakwe, the designer behind the brand “Maki Oh” is definitely creating some buzz in the industry. Dressing starts like Solange Knowles

and Leelee Sobiesky

She has released her Fall 2012 Collection and I’m definitely very impressed. Ms Osakwe has a penchant for prints and high slits. It seems as though she designs for the modern woman. Women who are sophisticated and are in control of their sexuality. With slits in the right places and some lace here and there, her clothes look like they are able to evoke some sense of confidence from the person wearing it. Im absolutely in love with this collection.

As you guys know theres nothing i love more than reading fashion blogs. It became more of an addiction during my gap year, (That was 2 years ago) and that was when i discovered www.talesofendearment.com
This Blog is one of my favorite blogs because of its personality! Its owned by the beautiful Natalie Joos who is also a fashion consultant and a casting agent in New York. As opposed to other personal style blogs, Natalie chronicles her friends journeys with style, hence the tagline “Stories about Friends, Vintage, Love, Style and Life”
Her blog is truly a journey of her life. It seems happy and ORIGINAL. This is something i truly appreciate about her blog

The beautiful Natalie Joos.

The Black dress is one of the most important style staples anyone can have. Its classic and effortless. Just think Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”
